With a good understanding of our customers, all you need to do is provide us with the list of products you want to order, whether it's in written format on paper, images, or an Excel file. Simply send it to us through the contact channels with TalaadThai Select:

3.  Sign up for membership and log in to the website https://select.talaadthai.com to select and purchase products directly.

Customers can easily start shopping with TalaadThai Select by following these steps:

1. Click here to register as a member using your phone number or email, or connect with your Google or Line account. 
2. Verify your identity with the OTP code received via SMS or email. 
3. Click here to log in and start selecting products.

1. Click here to log in. 
2. Search for products and add the desired items to your cart. 
3. Provide the delivery address. 
4. Enter any discount codes if you have one (if available). 
5. Choose your preferred payment method. 
6. Once the payment is completed, the system will display your order number.

Customers can use the chat communication channel with our shopping assistants to help us search for the product and add it to your cart. 

In cases where the product is not available in the system, we will request product details, quantity, and price in order to select and source the product, and we will get back to you within 3-7 days.

Talaad Thai Select sets and adjusts product prices on a weekly basis.

There are five payment methods: 

1. Credit card (no additional fees) 
2. QR code via mobile banking 
3. Internet banking 
4. ATM 
5. Counter service (after confirming the order, customers can print a payment slip and make the payment at the designated counter service as indicated on the website).

Once an order is placed successfully, customers have a 30-minute window to complete the payment. If payment is not made within the specified timeframe, the system will automatically cancel the order.

Customers can request a tax invoice after completing the ordering and payment process successfully. This can be done by providing details such as name, address, and taxpayer identification number (TIN) that need to be included in the document. Customers will receive the tax invoice via email and can download the document themselves.

For the Greater Bangkok area (Bangkok and Pathum Thani):

• Orders are processed every day at 8:00 PM, and you will receive your products on the next day (Next Day Delivery). 

  You can choose from 4 delivery rounds: Round 1 from 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM, Round 2 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Round 3 from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM, and Round 4 from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. 

• Delivery service is available every day with no days off. 

For areas outside Greater Bangkok: 

• Currently, delivery service is not available, but Talaad Thai Select plans to expand its service areas soon.

The delivery fee is calculated based on the delivery distance. However, there is free delivery for orders with a total value of 1,500 baht or more. Please note that the details are subject to promotions that may change each month.

Note: Service charges may be subject to change. Customers can inquire about the latest service rates by contacting the team while placing an order.

Products will be packaged in accordance with their types. If the products require temperature control, such as meat or frozen goods, they will be packaged and delivered under temperature-controlled conditions until they reach your hands. 
 

Customer can contact the delivery personnel (at the number called earlier confirming the delivery) or contact our customer service. Customers have two options: 
 

1. Opt for a "Drop & Go" delivery (leave the products at the location specified by the customer). 

2. Request the delivery personnel to deliver at new time slot. In this case, there is an additional charge.

Since there is no recipient for the placed products, the company reserves the right to act as if the customer has personally inspected the products 100%. If any issues are discovered later on, it will not be possible to request product exchanges or refunds under any circumstances.

TalaadThai Select 100% guarantees for claiming if the product doesn't meet quality. Customer can contact our customer service within 6 hours after receiving the product. Customer service will assist and inform the condition and process for exchanging the product or refunding.
