Our Team

Space Solution and Merchandise Department

Responsible for tenant acquisition, managing and optimizing rental income. Enhancing trade volume by attracting and maintaining product categories that are in demand.

Corporate and Buyer Marketing Department

Responsible for trade volume development by attracting and maintaining buyer groups. This includes branding and marketing activities to the relevant stakeholders.

Operation Department

Responsible for common services, such as safety, convenience, cleanliness, corrective and preventive maintenance. This includes managing common fee income to ensure adequacy and suitability.

Finance and Accounting Department

Responsible for managing and overseeing information and financial resources to support the company's direction.

Legal Department

Responsible for contract and legal matters of the company, as well as managing and organizing various important documents.

Strategy and Secretariat Department

Responsible for overseeing overall compliances and corporate governances, as well as defining and tracking key performance indicators and strategy implementation.

Human Resources Department
