In case where customer cannot personally receive goods at the chosen time slot, what should they do?

Customer can contact the delivery personnel (at the number called earlier confirming the delivery) or contact our customer service. Customers have two options:
1. Opt for a "Drop & Go" delivery (leave the products at the location specified by the customer).
2. Request the delivery personnel to deliver at new time slot. In this case, there is an additional charge.
